At the Conservative Party Conference in October we held two fringe meetings, one of which was organised in conjunction with the Muslim Council of Britain and the other jointly with the Ethnic Diversity Council. Both the meetings were well attended.
A number of CMF members were in attendance and we were joined by other conference delegates and it was an excellent opportunity for networking. The CMF members also attended functions organised by the Indian and Pakistani High Commissions at the conference.
Lord Sheikh and our members Sayeeda Warsi, Kabir Sabar and Kemal Butt were guest speakers at the function held by the Pakistani High Commission.
